Our main focus is to nurture effective teaching and learning by helping faculty in higher education, trainers in the corporate and health care fields, and speakers who intend for their message to make a difference in the lives of others.

Programs can be modified or created to fit your specific needs and scheduling. Multiple sessions are eligible for special fee consideration. We are open to discuss creative funding opportunities and sponsorships for seminar programs. (A fee schedule is available on request.)

The FULL SPECTRUM LEARNING model has improved teaching and learning locally, nationally, and internationally. Using a mix of presentation techniques, we model effective adult learning principles in our workshops.

We generally recommend one or two sessions of three-to-four hours each. This allows enough time to assimilate new information. Participants then put this new learning into practice with on-the-spot exercises and collaboration. Experience demonstrates that this format greatly increases success and reduces frustration.

Who We Are:

The two primary consultants have accumulated more than 70 years of teaching and training experience in higher education, industry, and law. As necessary, other associates are brought in to help with instructional design, statistical analysis, and related consultation.

Dr. Tania H. Reese, founder of R&A, has designed, facilitated, presented, and evaluated learning experiences for others since 1970. She holds a PhD in Adult Learning & Development and a Masters in Educational Psychology. Tania's unique adventures in work and play bring a special energy and depth to her programs.

Audiences from managers, speakers, trainers, college professors, to handicapped skiers gain wisdom and insight from her ability to facilitate learning. Her persistent battle with fibromyalgia reinforces her dedication to help others succeed at learning today for a better tomorrow.

John Reese, who has an LLB and SJD, is a law professor with nearly 35 years of experience in higher education. He works with learning styles and effective legal education. He also provides legal consultation on issues of administrative and constitutional law.
