    Connecting with ALL Your Learners!

Educators facing today's diverse classrooms MUST be able to "connect" with ALL learners. This unique and innovative exploration of learning styles builds on participants' current knowledge and skills. Collaboratively discovers new ways to increase effectiveness by adapting teaching"learning strategies. To ensure mastery of the process and confidence for success, a minimum of three hours is recommended.

    Journey Over the Rainbow ™

The journey involves transitions in both philosophy and practice shifting from content-centered to learner-centered teaching. Faculty progress through five components of personal reflection and collaboration with colleagues to gain both confidence and competence with essential strategies for today's diverse learners. The components can be combined in unique ways for specific needs. Because this is a "process" program, one or more sessions of two to three hours are recommended.

Changing Your Mind About Stress ™

This unique program is guaranteed to make a difference. Once we learn the power we have in our choices, life just gets better! This program is appropriate for and favorably received in organization, business, and community environments. Participants learn how to modify perceptions and make better choices for a more balanced, healthy, happy life. As a modular program, it can be customized from a brief introductory session to several hours or to multiple-week sessions, depending on the purpose and needs of the audience. Experience shows that 2-3 hours works to initiate effective change.
